  • ½ onion.
  • ½ paprika.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 200 grams of sausage.
  • 100 milliliters (ml) of white wine.
  • 200 grams of tomato sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chili pepper.
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley.
  • Salt.
  • Merquen.
  • Oregano.
  • Oil.

    Step 1
  • Wash the guatitas and cook them in plenty of salted water.
  • Step 2
