Ingredients

  • 2 cups of peeled garlic
  • 2 branches of fresh rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cups olive or marigold oil
  • black pepper
  • salt

  • Heat up a non-stick pan.
  • Step 2
  • Add the garlic, pepper, salt and oil. Let them brown, not burn. To do this, cook them at a low temperature for about 15 minutes.

  • Allow them to cool before pouring the garlic, vegetables and oil into a glass jar. Cover them in oil and try to crush them to remove air from the container.

  • Close the jar very tightly, put it in a pot of boiling water and let it boil for another 20 to 25 minutes and let it cool down so that it is vacuum-sealed. Its lifespan once sealed is 6 months.
