  • 1/2 cup of white wine.
  • 3 1/3 cups of vegetable broth.
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 6 tablespoons of regular flour.
  • 1 large egg, beaten.
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
  • 2 cups of sunflower oil, for frying.
  • 1 cup of Bolognese sauce.
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella.
  • Tomato sauce.
  • Grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Basil leaves.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In an ice cube tray, pour the Bolognese sauce into the holes.
  • Step 2
  • Place in the freezer and let it freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.

  • In a medium saucepan over low to medium heat, heat the butter and oil.

  • Add the diced onion and cook gently for 10 minutes, until completely soft.
