Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut into thin slices with the help of a mandolin.

Pour some oil on a kitchen grill, roast the zucchini slices a little and set aside.

In a mincer, pour the shredded chicken, the two boiled eggs, the teaspoon of ground garlic, the oregano and a little salt, and beat until it forms a paste.

Preheat the oven to 180º C.

Put a little of the mixture on the zucchini strip and roll up.

Place the zucchini rolls on a tray suitable for the oven and sprinkle some ground garlic on top.

On top of the garlic, add fried tomato, the amount to taste of each one and on top of the tomato a little grated cheese.

Bake for about 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.
