Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut into thin slices with the help of a mandolin.
  • Step 2
  • Pour some oil on a kitchen grill, roast the zucchini slices a little and set aside.
  • Step 3
  • In a mincer, pour the shredded chicken, the two boiled eggs, the teaspoon of ground garlic, the oregano and a little salt, and beat until it forms a paste.
  • Step 4
  • Preheat the oven to 180º C.

  • Put a little of the mixture on the zucchini strip and roll up.

  • Place the zucchini rolls on a tray suitable for the oven and sprinkle some ground garlic on top.
