1 whole chicken (about 4 pounds)
1 black truffle, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh rosemary and thyme for garnish

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Rinse the chicken thoroughly inside and out, then pat it dry with paper towels.

Season the inside of the chicken with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine the chopped black truffle, minced garlic, softened butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
