10 homemade Cordobean-style meatballs (see the recipe I made)
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
A tomato
2 carrots
1/2 cup white wine (I use one of moriles)
3 glasses of water (or depending on how thick you want)
Parsley (to taste)

Instructions:
Step 1
A stir-fry is made with the onion and the small chopped pepper, when it is a little poached, the wine is added and when the alcohol evaporates, the tomato is added, the tomato continues to cook and if you want, you can grind it or leave it like that
Step 2
Then add the carrot cut into pieces, the chopped parsley, a bay leaf, salt (if desired) and some saffron strips
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a separate pan, the meatballs are fried and added to the previous mixture
Step 4
Add 3 glasses of water, cover the pot and after it starts to boil it's 20 minutes
