  • 3 new potatoes (diced)
  • 2 Onions (very chopped)
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 100 g Philadelphia cream cheese or ricotta
  • 1 large slice of ham, in small cubes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sal
  • Chopped fresh basil.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Fry the onion, in a large pan, with a generous drizzle of oil and salt. While we chop the potatoes, and when the onions are golden brown, add the potatoes, and let them brown for a few minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Cover the potatoes with the milk and let it cook for about 20 minutes. While in a pot, cook the trotiglioni, when they are done, drain and add them to the pan. Stir and let everything cook together for a few more minutes, so that the potato practically falls apart.
