Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of raw prawns.
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce.
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 500 g of rice noodles.
  • 40 g of breadcrumbs.
  • 70 ml of lime juice.
  • 3 sliced onions or chives.
  • ½ cup of fresh coriander leaves.
  • 2 crushed garlic.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 liters of water.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Peel, poison and clean the prawns very well, leaving their tails safe.
  • Step 2
  • Mix them with the hot sauce and 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • Step 3
  • Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours (if possible overnight).
  • Step 4
  • In a large pot, bring the water to a boil with a teaspoon of salt, add the noodles and cook until al dente; remove all the water and cover so that they do not cool down.

  • Cut the onion into very thin pieces, just like the coriander leaves.
  • Step 6
  • In a cauldron, add 1 tablespoon of oil and heat, then add the crushed garlic and sauté.

  • Add the breadcrumbs and brown, remove from the cauldron and set aside.

  • Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the kettle and heat, add the prawns little by little, cook until they change color.
  • Step 9
  • Then add the noodles, lime juice, onion sticks, coriander and half of the breadcrumbs; sauté and stir very well to mix perfectly.
