Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1

Wash, drain and sauté the Spinach with Oil and Soy Sauce for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool down.

  2. 2

In a bowl, place the Beans, Sauteed Spinach, Hot Pepper, Turmeric, White Pepper, Salt and 2 Tbsp of Flour. Mix and pass through the shredder.

  3. 3

Preheat the oven to 200°C with heat up, down and rotating air. Cover and grease the baking tray.

  4. 4

Add enough flour to the mixture so that the dough doesn't stick to your hands while we make the Meatballs (I used 4 Tbsp of Flour). We place them on the baking tray and paint them with oil. Bake for 15 minutes. We booked.

  5. 5

Peel and chop the Onion and Garlic. Saute with oil over medium heat for 3 minutes. Then we add the crushed tomato. Cook 5 more minutes and add the rest of the ingredients: Sugar, Cinnamon, Cumin, Lemon Juice, Coconut Cream and Meatballs. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add the Cilantro and set aside.

  6. 6

We boil the pasta according to the manufacturer. I cooked the Macaroni in boiling water and salt for 10 minutes. Drain and add a splash of oil so that they don't stick together.

  7. 7

AND... Ready!!! 😉😉 Place the macaroni on the plate, top the Meatballs with Sauce and sprinkle with Cilantro and Chopped Peanuts. And we give the microwave a warm up if it were cold.

You can also mix all the ingredients and serve directly. Hope you like it!!!
