  • 4 tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp achiote
  • 1 pinch of ground cumin
  • 3 cups cooked black beans
  • 3 cups white rice
  • 3 male bananas
  • 1 cup oil
  • c/n salt

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Cook the meat in salted water, with 1/4 onion and 1 garlic, let it cool and shred finely. Reserve a little broth
  • Step 2
  • Prepare a stir-fry with pepper, onion, garlic, sweet pepper, tomato and achiote. , when the stir-fry is ready, reserve 1/2 cup of the sauce, add the rest to the meat and let it cook for a few minutes; add broth if necessary.

  • Heat the beans with the reserved sauce and a little cooking water until creamy.

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Fry them in the hot oil until they brown slightly and drain with absorbent paper.
