  • 2 tablespoons Ajvar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Peanuts

  • Sour cream.

Instructions:

  • First of all, we will prepare the vegetables that we are going to use in the recipe.

  • To do this, we will cut and wash our cabbage well and leave it draining.

  • In addition, we will chop the onion into strips.

  • In a wok, add a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil and heat it up.
  • Step 5
  • When the oil is hot enough, add the onion, pepper and chopped tomato, which we will sauté until the onion begins to turn color.

  • At that time we will include the prepared pieces of cabbage that we will mix together with the onion and pepper.

  • Let's not be frightened by the amount of cabbage because as it cooks it will reduce its volume and release juice.
