2 cups sour plums, pitted
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped

In a blender, combine pitted sour plums, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes.
