Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of green beans
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 300 g of minced pumpkin, skinless
  • 300 g ground beef, chicken, turkey or pork
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 1/2 cup of corn or corn
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pack of spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Full dressing
  • salt
  • Chili pepper or paprika

  • 1 fried egg
  • OPTIONAL: concentrated broth

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a pot, place potatoes, squash, carrots, squash, corn, green beans, peas and spinach. Cover with water, if you wish you can add dissolved beef, chicken or vegetable broth, and leave until cooked for about 20 to 25 minutes on medium heat.
