Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cobs
  • 1 kg Creole potato (yellow)
  • 1 kg common potato
  • Guascas to taste kind of herb;
  • To taste heavy cream
  • To taste capers
  • salt

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Cook the chicken breasts in a large pot with two liters of water, together with the chopped cobs until they are cooked through,
  • Step 2
  • Add the salt to taste, remove the breasts from the broth and keep the shredded ones, add the criolla and common potatoes to the broth, peeled and cut into slices, let it boil until it thickens, add the guascas, let it boil for five more minutes and add the shredded chicken, serve hot and add heavy cream and capers to taste. Serve with dry rice and avocado.
