Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of hydrated couscous with vegetable broth
  • 1 medium tomato cut into cubes
  • 4 lettuce leaves, chopped into pieces
  • 1 small handful of cilantro, parsley
  • 1 whole chopped chive
  • 1/2 bell pepper can be green, red or yellow, chopped
  • Juice from two lemons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon grape seed oil or whatever you have at home
  • 1 jar of little water
  • 1 jar of tuna in water.
