Instructions:
Step 1
Toast the bread. Cut the avocado in half, now remove the bone and extract the pulp with the help of a spoon placed between the pulp and the skin. Cut the pulp into thin slices and place them on each piece of toast. Cut the goat cheese into strips of approximately 4 cm. You will need three per piece of toast.
Step 2
Heat the non-stick pan with a few drops of olive oil and brown the ribbons only on one side until they turn color. Place them on top of the avocado, sprinkle a little bit of Maldon salt and chilli pepper, drizzle with a drizzle of honey.
