  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cooked and seasoned ground pork
  • 1/4 cup wood ear mushrooms, soaked and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fried shallots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 12-15 sheets of rice paper
  • Nuoc mam (fish sauce) for dipping
