Recipe of Mambo ice cream.

Mantecados are a traditional Spanish sweet, especially typical at Christmas, but with this recipe you can enjoy them all year round thanks to your Mambo food processor. This version, made with pork lard, ground almonds and a touch of cinnamon, achieves a tender texture and an authentic flavor that the whole family will love.

The recipe is very simple and perfect for beginners: the Mambo takes care of kneading and tempering the lard, and you only need a cold rest and a quick bake. The result is cookies ideal for breakfast, snack time, or sharing with friends. You can also personalize them with different shapes (stars, hearts…) or decorate them with chocolate, condensed milk, or colorful sprinkles.

This Mambo mantecados recipe is a great option if you are looking for a homemade, easy, and delicious sweet with a traditional touch. Follow the steps and surprise your loved ones with a bite that tastes like nostalgia.
