  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4-5 endive leaves
  • 1 can of green beans
  • 1 jar pickled carrots
  • 100 g green olives stuffed with pepper
  • 100-150 g chopped almonds
  • 150-200 g grated cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped parsley.
  • For breading:
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs.
