You can prepare it as lunch with a delicious puree or also as pasapalos at parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna on tenderloins
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 red canned pepper
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Frying oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Chop small onions and peppers, and sauté until the onion is translucent, season with salt and pepper. Book.
  • Step 2
  • Drain the tuna and crumble it in a bowl, mix with the sautéed onion and pepper, add finely chopped cilantro, egg, bread and grated cheese, mix well as if kneading with your hands.
  • Step 3
  • By having everything very well integrated, start to form balls the size of a golf ball, and crush them to form our croquettes. Do the same with the whole mixture and brown on both sides in a pan with not too much hot oil. Brown to taste and serve warm with whatever side dish you want.
