  • 200 grams of desalted cod
  • 200 grams of peeled prawns
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
