Ingredients

  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 full teaspoon of oregano
  • 25 g soft butter
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 10 g fresh yeast
  • 325 g pastry flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • Flour for sprinkling
  • Olive oil to paint the pancakes.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Pour the grated cheese without shell and the clove of garlic into the glass. Chop 15 seconds/speed 10 with the meter set. Add the salt, oregano and mix 15 seconds/speed 7 with the meter set. Moving to another container is preparation.

  • Brush them with olive oil and drizzle a pinch of oregano on top of each one.
  • Step 6
  • Let them rest in a warm place so that they can rise. Cook them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
