Join me and let's see how to make Garlic and oregano rolls at Monsieur Cuisine.
Instructions:
Step 1
Pour the grated cheese without shell and the clove of garlic into the glass. Chop 15 seconds/speed 10 with the meter set. Add the salt, oregano and mix 15 seconds/speed 7 with the meter set. Moving to another container is preparation.
Step 2
Pour the chopped butter and buttermilk into the glass. With the meter set, heat 2 minutes/speed 2/ 55° C. Add the previous preparation, the disintegrated yeast, the flour, the sugar and the baking soda. Press the knead button for 2 minutes until you get a smooth dough.
Step 3
Pour it onto the counter sprinkled with flour and mix it a little. Put it in a bowl and let it rest for an hour until it doubles in volume.
Step 4
Knead it lightly and assemble the rolls. Put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper, separated from each other.
Step 5
Brush them with olive oil and drizzle a pinch of oregano on top of each one.
Step 6
Let them rest in a warm place so that they can rise. Cook them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
