  • 6 egg yolks
  • 100 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 50 grams of cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (various colors)
  • Oil or butter for greasing

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a square or rectangular baking pan.
  • Step 2
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, condensed milk, and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy.

  • Add the egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  • Sift the all-purpose flour and cornstarch into the mixture, and then fold them in gently until the batter is smooth.

  • Divide the batter into several portions, depending on how many colors you want for your layers. Add a different food coloring to each portion, creating a variety of colorful batters.
