Instructions:
Step 1
In a bowl, let the chopped nuts macerate with a little vanilla and rum essence (so that the flavor is well impregnated) leave for about 5 minutes.

Then add 2 cups of oatmeal, lemon zest, 2 medium eggs, 1 tablespoon of light sugar, 2 tablespoons of oil, add everything until mixed, it should be floury.
Step 3
In another bowl, add the cup of yogurt together with an egg, a teaspoon vanilla essence, 15 drops of sweetener, mix everything until they are mixed well.
Step 4
In another bowl, add the cup of red fruits together with the lemon juice and 25 drops of sweetener.
Step 5
In a mold, add as the first layer the sandblasting of the oats and nuts that we made, then add red fruits, then yogurt, then sandblasted, red fruits, sandblasted and yogurt and so on, in the end, the sandblasting should be left, and bake at 190° for 35 minutes. Let it cool and serve, hopefully from one day to the next.
