250 g whole wheat flour
250 g wholemeal spelt flour
5.5 g dry baking yeast
10 g salt

Instructions:
Step 1
Squeeze the two oranges into the bread maker's bucket and add water to complete 300 ml of liquid in total. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order described: 30 ml of olive oil, 250 g of wheat flour, 250 g of spelt flour, 5.5 g of yeast and 10 g of salt, placing yeast and salt without touching each other or with the liquid
Step 2
Choose the Spongy program, weight 1 kg, medium roast. In my Lidl bread maker it is number 2 and it lasts 3 hours 18 minutes
Step 3
Let it cool down a bit before unmolding it and, when you do, place it on a rack to finish cooling
