  • 55 ml milk
  • 10 g butter

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, put the flour, milk and melted butter and mix very well until you make a ball.
  • Step 2
  • Knead for 5 minutes, put the dough back in the bowl and cover it with film and let it rest for an hour.
  • Step 3
  • Meanwhile, we boil a peeled potato, when it is soft we take it out and put it in a bowl, crush it to make puree, add salt and pepper to taste, add well and add the two tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix very well.

  • After the hour has passed, we take the ball and with a rolling pin we crush and make a round dough of about 22cm.

  • We put cheese, mashed potatoes on top and more cheese on top (I used mozzarella).

  • We join the ends of the dough in the center and knead again without pressing much. Then, we put the already stuffed bread in a pre-greased and heated pan, over medium heat.
