Instructions:
Step 1
Core the apples, peel and cut into small pieces. We put a little lemon juice on them while we break them so that they don't darken.
Step 2
In a frying pan we put the butter, when it is discarded we put the cinnamon, apple, sugar, pan and water.
Step 3
After about 10/15 minutes of carefully stirring over low heat, we will know that we have the caramelized apples ready when we see that the flesh of the fruit has taken a caramel color and is softened, we remove it from the heat, we remove the cinnamon and it will be ready.
