  • 50-60 g sugar
  • For the coffee layer:
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 80 ml brewed coffee
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 60 g sugar
  • 6 g neutral gelatin powder
  • To decorate:
  • Cocoa powder
  • Red fruits or fresh fruit.
