500 gr. Cherries or Picotas (seasonal if possible)
250 gr. cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
250 gr. mascarpone cheese
5 Egg Yolks
1 Teasspoon Vanilla Essence
10 Tbsp Condensed Milk
8 Muffins of your choice 100 gr. butter

Instructions:
Step 1
The first thing we will necessarily do is to stone the Cherries in two halves; with caution and patience (you can use the trick on the bottle) or else with a small knife...
Step 2
In a bowl, crumble the Muffins and mix them with the Butter in the Microwave
Step 3
Distribute the Muffin mixture on the bottom of your mold and give it pressure (squeeze), with the curved part of a soup spoon. Put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to harden
Step 4
Mix the Egg Yolks, Cheeses, Vanilla Essence and Condensed Milk with the help of a turmix or hand mixer.
Step 5
Fill your mode with the mixture that should have a very Creamy Texture
Step 6
Place the Cherry halves on top, well distributed throughout the surface.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for approx. 45 minutes (if it gets too much color on the surface, lower the heat and cook more slowly)
Step 8
Let it cool to room temperature
Step 9
Keep it cold and always take it out a few minutes before serving to warm it up
