  • 1 cup vegetable milk (in my case soy)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Miel
  • Vanilla Essence
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Grease a round mold with a little oil and place the puff pastry forming edges. Prick the bottom with a fork.
  • Step 2
  • Bone the cherries, put them in a saucepan, add a splash of honey, a few drops of vanilla essence and the milk.
  • Step 3
  • Bring to the boil and let it boil for about 10 minutes.

  • Add the cornstarch and mix on low heat for another 5-6 minutes.

  • Pour into the mold over the puff pastry.

  • Decorate with strips of puff pastry in the shape of a grid.
