Instructions:
Step 1
We started preparing the base for our cheesecake. Place the cookies in the mincer or blender at a slow speed, until they are completely ground and left only in powder form.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the microwave in a suitable container until it is completely liquid.
Step 3
Mix the cookies together with the butter in a bowl, stir until there is a homogeneous mass, much like wet sand.
Step 4
Place parchment paper in a mold and spread the cookie dough, crushing it with your hands, taking care that it covers the entire surface. Once finished, place the mold in the refrigerator or fridge.
Step 5
We will start preparing the filling for our cheesecake. In a slow cooker, place the liquid cream together with the milk, the cream cheese and the curd, stir everything without stopping until there are no lumps left in the mixture.
Step 6
Once there are no more lumps, add the sugar and continue to stir for about 3 minutes, always at low heat.
Step 7
Take the base out of the refrigerator and place the mixture on the biscuit base, let it rest for at least 4 hours until the mixture sets (do not place it in the fridge only at room temperature)
Step 8
Once the mixture is set on the biscuit base, it's time to spread the jam of your choice on top, you can place everything together for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator to cool down (that way you can enjoy it more)
