Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 100 g milk
  • 200 g gluten-free flour
  • 1 sachet of Royal type yeast
  • 1 cc cinnamon powder
  • 2 apples
  • Custard

  • Put parchment paper in a 22 cm removable mold and coat it.

  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
