Instructions:
Step 1
Crush the strawberries clean and without white parts, mix with the chia seeds, erythritol, a pinch of salt and soy drink (or any other vegetable drink), minus half a glass that we will reserve, and put in a saucepan to heat.
Step 2
In half a glass of soy drink, dissolve the agar-agar and when the previous preparation starts to boil, remove from the heat, pour in the agar, mix and bring it back to the fire (medium), stirring constantly and cooking 3-4 more minutes.
Step 3
Pour into a mold (removable) and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Step 4
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in batches of 30 seconds until it is melted but careful not to burn, mix with the oat flakes and cover the cake.
