Instructions:

We prepare the cake.

We turn on the oven at 165° C.

Beat the eggs together with the 2 yolks and the sugar with a mixer until they are fluffy.

Mix the flour and cocoa. We add the flour in portions through a sieve to the beaten egg mass. Remove delicately, with a spatula. The dough is very fluffy.

Line the bottom of a 22 cm mold with kitchen paper and cover the walls of the mold with a thin layer of butter.

Pour the dough into the mold. Bake the dough in the preheated oven at 165 °C, with the fan, for 30-35 minutes. We open the oven and stick a wooden toothpick in the center. If the toothpick comes out with liquid dough, we bake a little more.

Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
Step 8
We prepare the cherry filling. Cherries can be fresh or frozen.

We prepare the cherry in advance. Take out the bones, pour in the liqueur and let them macerate. Combine the chocolate and butter in a bowl, and melt them in the microwave to make it homogeneous, add the condensed milk, mix well. Add the cherries and stir everything.

We assemble the cake.

Take the cake out of the mold, remove the baking paper and cut the upper part, a thin sheet (cover type).

Cover the mold again with baking paper, and place the cake in the mold, without the lid cut off.

Remove the crumb from the cake, so that the sides and the bottom remain.

Add the crumbs, which we have removed from the cake to the cherry filling, stir.

We fill the cake with the resulting dough, smooth it with a knife, cover the cake with the cut top. We leave the cake in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

We prepare the chocolate icing.

Combine chocolate, honey and butter in a bowl and melt everything in the microwave.

We take our cake out of the refrigerator, remove the mold and glaze it. We decorated it with cherries. We chill the cake for 15-20 minutes to stabilize the icing.
