To celebrate my birthday I need an extraordinarily delicious cake, I arrived to show you how to prepare a special Numpay Cake.

Ingredients

  • 450 grs flour with powders
  • 450 grs sugar
  • 15 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • A pinch of salt
  • C/N Manjar Coco Lizardi
  • 1/4 walnuts
  • 1 lt Chantilly cream.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Place baking paper and butter it in a 30 ring mold.
  • Step 2
  • Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar, vanilla, then the yolks 1 by 1 and then the flour and powder with enveloping movements
  • Step 3
  • Preheat the oven to 180°
  • Step 4
  • Place the mixture in the mold and bake for about 30 minutes (it depends on the oven anyway), see if it is cooked by burying a skewer stick, if it comes out dry it's good.

  • Whip the cream and mix it with the delicacy

  • Chop the walnuts, let them soak in brandy for about 1 hour
  • Step 8
  • To soak the cake with a mixture of 1 bowl of water mixed with 2 tablespoons of brandy, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 vanilla
  • Step 9
  • Once the cake is cold, cut it in 3, soak 1 part, put the cream with delicacy and on top of the nuts, place the other layer of cake, repeat the same thing, finish with the last layer and place cream on the entire surface.

  • Garnish with some walnuts.
