To celebrate my birthday I need an extraordinarily delicious cake, I arrived to show you how to prepare a special Numpay Cake.

Ingredients

450 grs flour with powders 450 grs sugar 15 eggs 1 tsp vanilla essence A pinch of salt C/N Manjar Coco Lizardi 1/4 walnuts 1 lt Chantilly cream.

Instructions

Step 1

Place baking paper and butter it in a 30 ring mold.

Step 2

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar, vanilla, then the yolks 1 by 1 and then the flour and powder with enveloping movements

Preheat the oven to 180°

Step 4

Place the mixture in the mold and bake for about 30 minutes (it depends on the oven anyway), see if it is cooked by burying a skewer stick, if it comes out dry it's good.

Let it cool

Whip the cream and mix it with the delicacy
