Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 500g fresh chard
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Step 2
  • In a large pot, boil the fresh chard until tender. Drain and chop finely.

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until it's soft and translucent.

  • Add the chopped chard to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and place it in a pie dish.

  • Spread half of the chard mixture evenly on top of the pastry.
