Recipe of Spirals with pesto
Discover how to prepare delicious spirals with pesto, an easy and quick pasta recipe that will become your ally on busy days. This pesto version, made with zucchini, walnuts, and aged cheese, brings a fresh and original touch to the classic Genoese pesto. It is a perfect option for a complete, nutritious, and flavorful meal, ideal for beginners in the kitchen or for those looking for a quick dinner without sacrificing taste.
The recipe arises from the need to use simple and healthy ingredients. Zucchini, rich in vitamins, combines with walnuts, which provide texture and beneficial fatty acids, and aged cheese, which gives a salty and umami touch. The result is a creamy and aromatic sauce that perfectly coats the spirals.
This preparation is ideal for any time of the year and can be easily adapted: if you don't have fresh basil, you can use ground basil as in this recipe, or even substitute walnuts for pine nuts or almonds. Also, it is an excellent way to incorporate vegetables into children's diets. In just a few minutes, you'll have a pasta dish that will surprise everyone. Go ahead and try this pesto variation!
