Dissolve 50 grams of gelatin in 100 ml of hot water and let it rest.

In a bowl, add the 2 eggs with the sugar and vanilla until they form a letter point and then add the flour sifted little by little with enveloping movements until it is completely messed and there are no lumps left, then empty it into a removable mold of 22 to 24 cm buttered and floured, and place it in a preheated oven 180•C for approx. 15 minutes, take out and let it cool. It is recommended to take the cake out of the mold once cold and put it in another one lined with baking paper to be able to fill.

In a bowl, whisk the cold milk cream, until it thickens semi-whipped Not ready to assemble, then add the two yogurts and stir with a medium or very soft spoon until everything is combined, finally add the gelatin already dissolved and at room temperature, mix and empty everything onto the cold cake (you can leave some of the cream to decorate to taste), take the preparation to the refrigerator and let it rest for approx. 3 hours.

After 2 hours Mix the 50 grams of gelatin in 400 ml of hot water and let it cool down. Take the preparation out of the refrigerator and garnish with blueberries or raspberries to your liking and then empty the cold liquid jelly and return to the refrigerator. It is recommended to do it from one day to the next (night) for a better consistency, to finish you can decorate with the remaining cream or to your personal taste and that's it.
