Instructions:
Step 1
Wash and cut the zucchini into thick slices (about 2\ '5-3cm) and empty each slice with the help of a spoon. Put them in a baking dish on parchment paper and bake at 180° in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes (until they brown a little).
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a pan together with the pulp of the zucchini that you have emptied with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Here you can add a little salt. When it is golden brown, add the minced turkey breast and the pine nuts. Saute for another two minutes.
Step 3
Note: you can replace the turkey breast with tacos of Serrano ham, bacon,... You can actually fill them in whatever you like best. Surely you will succeed 😋
Step 4
Fill each zucchini slice and bake for 2 minutes. Cover with 4 grated cheeses and finish baking until the cheese melts.
