Instructions:
Step 1
We started by preparing the marinade for the Moorish skewers. In a bowl, add the chopped onion, grated garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, cumin, cinnamon, hot paprika and olive oil. Mix well with a spoon.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into pieces, approximately 2.5 cm in size, add them to the bowl with the previous mixture and mix well.
Step 3
Cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for 2 hours.
Step 4
We will use wooden skewers. Prick about 6 pieces on each skewer.
Step 5
Put a griddle with a grill on medium-high heat with a dash of olive oil and cook the skewers on two sides.
