Join me and let's see how to make Chicken, Cheese, Mushroom and Pepper Dumplings
Instructions:
Step 1
First we will make our dough. Pour the flour into a bowl, a pinch of salt, a generous splash of olive oil and we add warm water until we have a manageable dough (I add approx. 80ml).
Step 2
We make a ball with the dough, wrap it in film and let it rest while we make the filling.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into small pieces. We also chop the peppers and onion. We take our champis and cut them small too.
Step 4
Fry the peppers and onion in a pan with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. When we see that they are almost there, we add the champignons and the chicken.
Step 5
We let it be finished. When we have it, add the cheese and stir so that it melts.
Step 6
Roll out the dough and cut it into circles of the size you want. Put the filling mixture and close.
Step 7
Put in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. If you want them to be more golden you can paint them with beaten egg or a little olive oil.
Step 8
And we already have them ready, be careful not to burn yourself when you eat them
