  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast or tofu for a vegetarian option, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced bamboo shoots
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce or soy sauce for a vegetarian option
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Cooked jasmine rice for serving
