Toast the bread. Cut the avocado in half, now remove the bone and extract the pulp with the help of a spoon placed between the pulp and the skin. Cut the pulp into thin slices and place them on each piece of toast. Cut the goat cheese into strips of approximately 4 cm. You will need three per piece of toast.
