Ingredients

  • 1 kg ripe tomato
  • 250 g apricots
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 Italian red pepper
  • 1 Italian green pepper
  • 1 peeled cucumber
  • 50 g peeled onion
  • 1 clove peeled garlic
  • 100 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 15-30 ml sherry vinegar (depending on how you like it to be noticed or not)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • I threw out the apricots washed and pitted, cut in half. Then I added ingredients until they couldn't fit anymore, I shredded 30 seconds at speed 5 to lower the volume and added the rest
