2 free-range egg yolks
120 g Sugar
40 g Wheat flour
1/2 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 Orange (skin).

Instructions:
Step 1
Put the buttermilk on the fire with the cinnamon and the orange peel. And we bring it to a boil, leaving it for a couple of minutes. Turn off the heat, cover and let it infuse for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the yolks with the sugar and flour.
Step 3
After the time has passed, mix the infused buttermilk with the bowl of the yolks. And we take it to the fire again, stirring well until it thickens.
