Join me and let's see how to make Duo meringue milk custard
Instructions:
Step 1
First, put the milk, the lemon rinds (without the white) and the cinnamon stick in a saucepan with the teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Step 2
We take everything to the fire and stir well until it is infused.
Step 3
When the milk is warm, add the sugar and stir well until it is dissolved but without letting it boil.
Step 4
When we see it wants to start boiling, we remove it from the heat and cover it so that everything is infused well and takes on all the flavors.
Step 5
After about 15-20 minutes, we strain it to remove the cinnamon and lemon rinds and add “the 4 teaspoons of cornstarch and bring it to the fire so that it thickens to our liking.
Step 6
For custard it shouldn't be too thick.
Step 7
Once we have achieved our desired thickness, we spread half of our meringue milk (custard) in half and in one of them we add our cocoa and stir well.
Step 8
We put our container where we are going to take them tilted with a spoon and put our cream with cocoa and take it to the refrigerator (minimum 15 minutes) and it will be curdled.
Step 9
The other half of our custard, let it cool down at reserved room temperature.
Step 10
After time, our cocoa custard is curdled and we put on top of it our reserved meringue milk custard. We put a María cookie on it and it will be ready to EAT
Step 11
You can also put it in the fridge and drink it colder
