First, put the milk, the lemon rinds (without the white) and the cinnamon stick in a saucepan with the teaspoon of vanilla essence.

We take everything to the fire and stir well until it is infused.

When the milk is warm, add the sugar and stir well until it is dissolved but without letting it boil.

When we see it wants to start boiling, we remove it from the heat and cover it so that everything is infused well and takes on all the flavors.
