Instructions:
Step 1
Heat the cheese in a saucepan over low heat with the same amount of milk, stirring continuously until the cheese melts.
Step 2
Add 50 gr. of butter, add the 2 beaten eggs.
Step 3
Continue to stir continuously over medium-low heat, without letting it boil so that the egg is not cut (preparation very similar to that of English cream). Salt and pepper. Remove from the heat when it has thickened and we can make the mark on the spoon, with our finger. See photo of the passage.
Step 4
Serve hot or cold. It can be made in advance and kept in jars in the fridge for 2 or 3 days.
