  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 15 g water
  • A clear

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Combine flour, salt, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, baking powder and beaten egg in a bowl. Mix well and add the water little by little until a homogeneous paste forms. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. Whisk the egg white until stiff and add it gently to the mixture.

  • Cut the bananas into slices and cover them with the lemon juice, set aside for 10 minutes, this will prevent them from turning dark and will also add flavor.
