Ingredients

  • 200 g of desalted cod (can be crumbs).
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 1 small scallion.
  • 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
  • Parsley.
  • 1 pinch of salt.
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda (you can replace it with chemical yeast).
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric.
  • 130 g of flour.
  • 150 ml of water.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Chop the garlic, green onions and parsley very finely, set aside. Chop the cod and reserve it as well. Put one egg plus the yolk of another egg in a large bowl, add the flour, salt, baking soda and water, mix everything well with rods. Add the garlic, green onions and parsley together with the cod, mix everything again.

  • We put extra virgin olive oil in a pan and when it is very hot we add portions of our previous mixture, the best thing is to use two spoons, with one we take a little and with the other we help it fall into the pan.
