Instructions:

Step 1
• Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a pot in a water bath, stir constantly to avoid burning and remove from the heat when it is completely melted.
Step 2
• Make two small cuts on the edge of the glasses for easier unmolding.
Step 3
• Add the chocolate glass by glass, turning little by little until completely covered.
Step 4
• Place them upside down and let them rest until they harden.
Step 5
• Unmold by breaking the glass because of the cuts made previously.
Step 6
• Fill each glass with cracker and ice cream until completely covered.
Step 7
• Serve upside down and garnish with cream or ice cream.
